I bought this Beecool Explorer in late July and was delivered in August 12th after I called and switch the color to Red instead of Orange because it's a stock item. I had a minor issue with the code 02 after installation. The customer service advised that I needed to adjust the screw on the break lever of the one that affected which I did and it worked. I am very happy with the Red color and the performance of the Beecool Explorer.

Fantastic bike. 140 miles with around 40 off road. Only problem was I could not get the key out of the battery then it fell out on its own and I lost it. Last week I requested a new key. Have not heard back. I’ll update this when/if I hear back

I couldn’t be happier with my explorer. I do notice that I need an extender to raise the handle bar and bring it closer to me for a more comfortable ride. Which extender should I get and where should I buy it. Be cool bike handlebar extenders are not available and won’t be for three months. Please help with Amazon recommendation.

My explorer arrived in Massachusetts today undamaged. The box was in great shape. The only issue is that the battery was out of power. Looking forward to taking it out for a spin!

This is a nice machine! At 5’10” 190lbs and 63yo getting on the Adventurer must be done carefully. But getting on is well worth it. Good power, It handles very well. Front and rear shocks give comfortable ride. The hydraulic brakes work great. With a quick and easy adjustment the gears are smooth as silk. If you think you might like a large , well built ebike ….I’m betting like me, you will love it!
